Rochester Housing Authority Section 8 Program

The Section 8 Program is a federally subsidized housing program operated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Locally the program is operated by The Rochester Housing Authority. They are currently looking to add property Owners to their program. The benefits include higher rents, consistent paying of rents, rent delivery right to property owner, 1 year leases and a currently a huge list of 300 to 600 qualified tenants every day seeking housing.
